Katboocha is Rochester's first Kombucha Brewery, beginning production in 2017 we've been along side Kat crafting graphics and labels as she crafts 'booch.

Kat opened the Booch Bar in the spring of 2021 offering Kombucha on tap, flights and other specialty kombucha drinks

in the summer of 2020 Katboocha expanded it's product line introducing a line of Shrubs for use in cocktails and mixed drinks.

Kat offers a rotating tap of staple flavors and seasonal one-offs always keeping things fresh
